Please use the disc-at-once method for all live recordings and always record using the ISO 9660 standard, so that I can enjoy your CD-R in the maximum number of places (in my home stereo, portable player, in my car, at work, and so on). Before mailing me a copy, please test it on a normal CD player!
Let me know in advance if your recording is from MP3 or other inferior audio sources

I trade with artwork via email, when I have it, let me know if you don't
Please be as descriptive as possible in labeling the items you send me, if you only write a little 1 and 2 on the disc (or worse, send it to me completely blank), it will make it more difficult for me to find, file, etc.
I usually trade using U.S. Priority 2-3 day mail, let me know if you can't
I usually don't include individual jewel cases, let me know if you need them
let me know if you are outside of the US, the shipping costs are considerable higher, and you should expect a significant delay in my ability to send your discs
